Treatment plans

Once you’ve joined us, all our treatment plans give you access to the MPT Dashboard where you’ll find the features and facilities of our service, including a diary for booking personal one-to-one online therapy sessions.
  • On every plan, we’ll check your progress each month and give you a full report; letting you track your improvements
  • We have 5 treatment plans available, depending upon the level of help you need and designed to suit your budget
  • You’re free to move up or down treatment plans easily, whenever you like, on your MPT Dashboard

If you’re unsure which treatment plan to choose, please email us for advice or start on a lower plan and move up if you need more help.

Course Plan - £12 per month

On this plan, you can choose from any course across our entire range and have access to your MPT Dashboard with a range of digital tools, and the option for personal sessions as and when you need them (*additional fees apply)

Every four weeks, for a small extra fee, you can opt to have a qualified professional review your coursework submissions and respond to you personally, giving valuable feedback and support.

Is this plan right for me?

  • You’d like a professionally-supported and guided journey of self-discovery to improve your life, relationships or general mental well-being
  • You aren’t feeling too overwhelmed by your problems
  • Monthly contact from a qualified professional feels sufficient for you right now
  • You have a limited budget

Mentor Plan - £25 per week

On this plan, you’ll have everything detailed in the Course Only Plan, but with the benefit of inclusive weekly personal responses to your coursework submissions from your very own qualified professional.

  • Some weekly mentorship, guidance and support from your own personal, qualified professional could really make a difference for you
  • You’re starting to find it hard to cope with things on your own
  • You’re ready to invest an affordable weekly amount to improving your emotional or psychological well-being

Support Plan - £35 per week

Our Support Plan gives you an extra level of care.

In addition to everything described in the Mentor Plan, you’ll also receive 20 minutes of personal online therapy sessions every week with your own qualified therapist.

Is this plan right for me?

  • You’re growing increasingly concerned about your emotional or psychological well-being, finding life hard and feeling unable to cope
  • In addition to having your therapist respond to your eCoursework every week, you’d really like some additional personal therapy sessions included in the price
This is the plan for you!

Therapy Plan - £40 per week

The Therapy Plan has been designed to offer you the right level of support if you’re really struggling and finding it hard to cope on your own.

If emotional or psychological troubles are making life hard, on this plan you’ll have the extra benefit of 30 minutes of personal online therapy sessions each week with your own qualified therapist.

Is this plan right for me?

  • You’re concerned about your emotional or psychological well-being, suffering and finding it hard to cope on your own
  • In addition to having your therapist respond to your eCoursework every week, you’d also benefit from substantial time having regular personal therapy sessions
This is the plan for you!

Intensive Plan - £60 per week

As its name suggests, our Intensive Plan offers our highest level of support. It’s the best choice if your needs, emotions, problems, relationships or psychological well-being feels serious or ‘intense’, if you’re really suffering and feeling unable  to cope.

This plan offers daily contact with your qualified therapist (via 5 texts per working day) and 40 minutes of personal online therapy sessions with them every week.

  • You’re feeling completely overwhelmed by your problems and seriously struggling to cope
  • You’d benefit from considerable time spent in personal therapy sessions
  • Being able to have daily contact with your therapist would be extremely reassuring for you
