Do you struggle with addictive behaviour? Do you want to stop because you recognise it's not good for you, but seem unable to change? Are you engaging in behaviours or seeking instant gratification in ways that are damaging your life, relationships, your finances or your work?
This course offers an eclectic and holistic approach to thinking about and understanding your personal experience of addiction, enabling you to manage and change your behaviours. ‘Addicted’ will help you to understand and break cycles of addiction, supporting you through recovery and maintenance. You’ll explore the emotions that underlie your addictions, and find ways of coping with them differently. The course focuses upon the opposing relationship between your addiction(s) and the experience of ‘connection’.
